Robin and Angela's Christmas Visit
Robin and Angela arrived by car, via snowy and icy roads around 4.00pm on Saturday. They enjoyed a glass of warm, mull wine beside an open fire. Afterwards we ate a meat pie, potatos and vegatables, followed by a golden syrup sponge, which had been prepared by Mum.
The next morning Robin tackled a few jobs for Mum. Afterwards we went and fed the animals, where many pictures were taken. At midday I took them to Roscommon for shopping, while I picked up Lyle and Sorcha.. On our return we ate drank mull wine again. A short time later we ate Christmas dinner, followed by Christmas pudding, while wearing silly hats and pulling crackers. A little later we open some Christmas tree presents. During the evening we enjoyed a good natter and watched some television. The next morning they left around 9.30 am.
